Rafaela BuenaAAlla PavlovaJjaclynneMany jobs are changing because of AI, and it's easier to navigate that with a plan. This evening helps you look at your own role: which tasks AI can support, which skills will matter more, and how to use AI to learn new ones. You'll update how you present yourself and leave with a personal AI plan including three workflows, three skills to build and one concrete next step for your career.
Women in administration, customer service, communication, finance, HR, operations and other roles who see their work changing.
Prosus x Equals AI Nights is a series of seven practical evenings for women who want to shape how AI changes their work, instead of waiting to see what happens. Research from the International Labour Organization shows women's jobs are more exposed to AI than men's. We see that as a reason for women to lead, not fall behind. Each night focuses on one field and brings together women who are curious, ambitious and ready to try something new. You'll learn from each other, build something real, and leave with an AI workflow you'll actually use the next day. The series ends with a Saturday Hackathon for Good, where women use what they've learned to help organisations that support other women. Small steps, taken together, add up to a future of work that works for us.
