About

2027 plans are being built. Decisions are being made on budgets, headcount planning, and most importantly revenue targets. Where will growth come from and what areas justify investment?

With the go-to-market landscape changing quickly, this morning is designed to bring you up to speed on four key areas before committing to any 2027 planning decisions.

We’ve put together four roundtables, each addressing a key consideration for your 2027 planning. We’re keeping tables small for real discussion with peers in similar positions.

The four tables:

Account prioritization: Hosted by Harrison Rose, co-founder of Paddle and CEO of Goodfit. How do you ensure your sellers are going to spend 2027 on the right accounts? Harrison will guide a conversation on: how teams prioritise before distributing territories, how AI has changed scoring capabilities, and what to check before Q1 starts.

Retaining top talent: Hosted by Bas Oostenbrink, Principal at Bluebird. Churn is disruptive to team dynamics and to forecasting, and we want to prevent it! Bas will lead a discussion covering: what we are seeing in the market going into 2027, structures that support top performers’ growth, and ways to keep them from looking elsewhere.

Qualified accounts: Hosted by Adam Kay, CRO, Goodfit. Is your ICP definition ready for next year’s targets? Together with Adam you will delve into: how teams can more effectively define a qualified account, the methods leading revenue teams use to tighten this, and how to turn it into something reps act on from January.

AI in the revenue organisation: Hosted by Siliën Sprenkels, Principal at Bluebird. Where is AI actually delivering impact in the revenue organisation? Sil will help share what Bluebird has changed in its own commercial work (what delivered and what did not) and also guide the table to share their best practices.

The group:

Revenue leaders in SaaS and AI: CROs & VPs of Sales at Series B+ or PE-backed companies in the Netherlands. Peers only, composed by seniority and company stage, no direct competitors at the same table. Around 24 seats, each guest is reviewed before approval.

Agenda:

09:00 – 09:20: Arrival, coffee & breakfast
09:20 – 09:30: Welcome and introduction to format
09:30 – 11:15: Roundtable sessions
11:15 – 11:30: Wrap-up and networking

Limited capacity, each guest is reviewed to ensure a curated room.
