On Nov. 26, LIOF will host the front-runner visit at Brightlands Circular Space. This is an event organized by Key 2 Circularity.
The Key 2 Circularity (K2C) project supports small and medium-sized manufacturing companies (SMEs) in the Meuse-Rhine Euregio in adopting more circular business practices: using materials more efficiently, extending the lifespan of products, and drastically reducing waste. K2C supports companies in three ways: by providing knowledge, fostering collaboration, and offering financial support to help them become more sustainable and future-proof, one step at a time.
The ultimate goal is for companies to use raw materials more efficiently, to ensure that products last longer and are easy to recycle. This not only helps the environment, but also makes companies more resilient, more innovative, and less dependent on scarce materials.
