About

Every founder fails at something. Few talk about it on stage.

At No Failure, No Glory, two speakers do. They share a decision that went wrong, the turn they didn’t see coming, and what they changed afterwards. Expect honest stories, not polished ones. You leave knowing what those moments look like, so you spot them sooner in your own company.

After the stories, Tim de Kraker of Gritd zooms out: why startups fail, and what helps them get through it. We close with drinks and snacks, in a room full of people who know failing is part of the job.
